A Southern Yankee's Winter Blast

I always like flirting with the idea of seeing just how big a bastard I could become but to be honest I dont want the fat that will come with it. I originally thought 280 would be my goal butttttttt what I really need to do is slim down.

I try to have carbs in the form of corn or broccoli or peas at dinner and leave the heavy carbs for lunch or before. Adding weight is too easy for me. Im just trying to understand myself a little better. Cuz years ago that wasn't the case. Im still tinkering
 
I think I told Benny about using alohol for skin clearing issues in another thread. I've used alcohol on my face since forever.....still use it today out of habit. Early morning and before bed.

It cleans & disinfects everything....why else would they tell you to prep the area with alcohol before you pin a certain area...

I spritz it after a shower. That was some thing I never thought about Benny told me. Is that what you do?

I just pour alcohol on a cotton swab or alcohol pad and rub my face.
I talked to a number of people, but I kept hearing witch hazel and alcohol combination. I mix it in a spray bottle and soak the whole area after my shower. It is definitely helping keep the acne in check.
 
So im still up in the air about this dbol. I took 60 mg at 02:30 before my workout. I gave it 45 minutes to let it kick in. Threw down a home maid hamburger on bread and coffee. Went to the gym. No side effects. No back pumps nothing like that. I will say this for having only 5 hrs sleep my workout was extremely productive and I was very vibrant. I do believe the dbol is effective but just cant say definitely cuz I have no other comparison. My chest was pumped out of this world tho.

pec Dec flyes
Hammer strength incline press
machine flat press
cable flye (different angle)

If I can get rid of some fat I think the results underneath would be astonishing.
Took some carbs out of todays meal plan. Substitute a can of tuna here and there. We'll see how it works

Oh I shot 2.5 cc right quad last night and feel great. Not the slightest soreness or pip :)
 
Extremely quick 8 oz hamburger crumbled with spaghetti sauce. 20 oz milk

Bed time effective immediately. Be up in 6 hrs for workout. Im gonna die before 50 I swear

Cant complain Im fortunate enough to be able to provide and provide in abundance for my family. Have some nice things too. Feels like im on a fuckin crazy train tho

Another 15 hour day in the books.

Successfully hitting my macros. 380-400g protein and im only taking in roughly 3600cals now. I can feel my body burning fat and building muscle. I feel like the terminator.

Dinner 9 oz boneless pork chop, sweet potatoe, 16 oz milk.

No free time tonite fellas. I gotta hit the rack. Ill be up at 0230 Balboa style setting the world on fire! Here's to gains

Been up about 40 minutes now. Waiting for dbol to get kicked in before I hit my back work up. Took 60 mg so we'll see.

I've been rolling since your last post, I'm about to go up on line 1 finally. Have a good workout, safe on the roads. I've back today as well when i get up.

Looks like the 60 mg dbol and back day suck together.

I see changes coming:D
I feel as wide as a barn righht now

Also i found a cardio exercise that doesnt bother my poor spine. Cycling!
 
I got a wicked vein running down thru my shoulder to my bicep. Check it out pretty sweet!

Why do a legit 18" arms look so small on me. I dont get it. Im actually 18.25" now, no pump when measured:D Growth Is coming fast. And im losing bf too. I still got some trimming to do but my shoulder to hip ratio is starting to really shine. Cant wait to see how it will look when i get that spare pudge taken off.

Maybe another 4-5 weeks ill have my vaunted 19's and hopefully a sick six packo_O
