I will never think that I "got it". The day I think that is the day I stop growing. Always set new goals. My last goal was to bench 400. Today I am benching 405x6. So new goal is 500. That should keep me busy for a while.

Haha I am very flattered. That was not the point I was trying to make. I was trying to show tubesox that he is in better shape then I was 3.5 yrs ago and that he just needs to keep going. i am only 5'8-5'9 212 lbs. I'm no where near a beast. Yall should really visit my gym. I am a chump in there.

And for the record, did yall see what @johnnyBALLZ did in one cycle? Now that's dedication. He accomplished in a short time what it would take most of us years to do. Fellas set your sight and goals higher and go after them.

Now I ain't here to lick your ass hole so I will also say your not very wide which in the long run will limit how much can be packed on to your frame. But very impressive!
