What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Holy cow I wish I could eat like that. I get full too easily so I eat smaller meals but more often. If I don't get too full I'm hungry enough to eat a few hours later.
You have to force feed. If you do that enough it will stretch your stomach lining which will allow for more beastly meals to be consumed. Im a small guy but can out eat most people twice my size. They call me the human garbage disposal at work lmfao.
 
My strip steak was much cheaper, I buy my steak and chicken in bulk. I can't afford to eat out.

No doubt I'm working on adding calories at every meal every day. I've added greek yogurt and milk at several different meals and it's really upping my protein, I'm going need it when this deca kicks in! I'm getting there, I have also been bumping up my rice intake at each meal as well. SLowly but surely, won't happen over night. I also add raw eggs to my protein shakes, I find it much easier to drink the eggs rather than eating them. A minute or so and 1,000 plus calories down the hatch! This thread is motivating me to eat more, everyday I look at what ya'll are eating and it makes me add things to my diet. Great idea for a sticky.

I always look at my meals as the helpful enemy lol. I try to make it a personal goal to finish each plate that steps up to me. Im like a animal when I set down to eat. No talking, bullshitting or lollygaggin I get in the mode an destroy my food like I do weights;)
 
Who else here drinks raw eggs? It would be so easy for quick protein. I'm afraid of salmonella.

I've been doing it forever.. The thing is your body has a harder time digesting a raw egg as opposed to cooked.. You only get half the protein and it's not the most sanitary thing in the world. CBS went into detail about it awhile ago but I have no idea where it is. Someone posted recently saying this isn't true but I'm inclined to believe CBS.
