Thats the big downfall to takeout Chinese food , sodium (but it sure is good).
That also why I just bought a wok so I can control my salt intake , but all the main ingredients seem to have high sodium (soy sauce , fish sauce , teriyaki sauce)
But it's so damn good!!

And trucker I like rice because it's easier to eat for me. Pasta fills me up too much I just can't eat enough of it. I do think Pasta is better but It's just too filling for me.
