My grandfather looked like that at 60 just before he retired...he was a laborer at a fat rendering factory. He never been in a gym just did the heavy lifting at the factory or around the family home.

@OdieM I know what you mean bro. Everytime me an mine go to the store she wants to get all kinds of snacks while im trying to shop in tje fresh produce isle. Drives me crazy. We got a hole cabinet here that is stuffed with junk shit garbage goodness lol. I try not to even open it but I have to be honest. It sometimes gets the best of me. Than we argue. I tell her if it wasn't for her bringing that shit home all the time I wouldn't be tempted like I am. Makes my eating clean job very hard.
