I would be interested to see this and to see where he got the info from. On another board Im on and on BB.com it says that an egg is an egg. You get the same amount of protein whether its cooked or not.I've been doing it forever.. The thing is your body has a harder time digesting a raw egg as opposed to cooked.. You only get half the protein and it's not the most sanitary thing in the world. CBS went into detail about it awhile ago but I have no idea where it is. Someone posted recently saying this isn't true but I'm inclined to believe CBS.
