Ok update I am in full train mode. I am now out on the pitch Tue, Thurs, and Sat. All for 1.5-2 hours starting to really shred down. I am losing size but most don't notice or even think I am bigger.
What I have learned hands down for the aging athlete Gh is the answer. I have not ran any nandrolone for 2 months. Let's remember that is what I use to use for the nagging joints. After 4 months of pharm gh @3-4 ius a day my joints seem stronger and no pain. I am faster and overall feel very durable. My cardio stamina is the best possibly that it has been I played winger last night and had no problem covering the ground I needed to cover. I am now running 2 iu's every other day just to maintain joint and aid in recovery.
Recovery is important and It feels that is where the synergy with test comes from. I am still running Test E @ 300-400 mg. ew. Right now I have no problems recovering from the 3x out on the pitch and the 3x in the weight room each week. I am going to drop down and try my trt dose @ 180mg and see if that can keep my recovery going. I have a feeling I am going to cruise the season around 300mg though.
Ok for the aging athlete or the athlete with joint issues such as arthritis and other genrsl pains. I would say a Gh protocol of 3_4 IU'S for at least 4 months then drop to maintenance I dropped to 2 iu's eod. Plus Testosterone I liked 400 in the beginning but as time goes on I hope is to run trt dose. I feel great I can hang with the young guys and the older guys forget about it. I guess that's about it my dirt has been intermittent fasting with about 2500 cslories IFYM routine. I now get to bump since I am hitting full stride with the time on the pitch. I look forward to the lean spring and Summerr but I can't wait for fall bulk cycle now. I am coming for you
