I dont know if the body can soak up that much in 6 hrs
Tell me about it GR8 this is were I see the struggle with this type of diet. It is a great cutter and honestly I am not losing muscle but my recovery even with the gear is not anywhere close to where it should be. I can go with an 8hr window and throw 2 shakes in there.
 
This thread and Johnny and Brutus's thread MOTAvates the hell out of me to train harder.

Youll have to go straight up caveman. 3 cans of tuna yields about 80 g protein. Then 3 hours later have 2 chicken breast and cottage cheese. These are low fat options and they will get you in the neighborhood of 200g in 6 hr window. Not particularly satisfying but hey
 
Protein pancakes sound like a good idea Instead of shakes. I made some the other day that netted around 90-100g of protien and about 75g of carbs. Around 1000ish cals. I didn't take exact measurements of what all I put in and eye balled most of the stuff. Here's a bunch of recipes.

I got the protein yesterday. I am cutting back now on lifting days. I might hit the weights at the most 3x each week but I am taking the cardio way up. As far as lifting I think I have said it before I am staying with compound movements. I need to put together enough exercises though to keep myself entertained. I really enjoy lifting and I am one of those that get bored easy. Any suggestions on out of the usual compound movements would be much appreciated I have to keep my mind in it.
 
This is a boring ass thread. No monster lifting no insane levels of juice. Nothing just some old guy trying to stay in shape to play Soccer. What is wrong with me.
There is no shortage of protocols and logs on the internet for and by people seeking to become mass monsters or simply improve their physical appearance. But not so much when it comes to performance sports. Many people try to adapt bodybuilding cycles to sports with some success. It would be nice to see more protocols designed with performance as the primary, if not sole, goal.

Yes going out on the grass for the first time this morning. Can't wait. I have had somr seriousl marital issues as of late so I have basically been in observe only mode.

Catch everybody up I have only hit the weights 2x the past 10 days. All compound movements. Some days iris core, push ups, pull ups, Herschel Walker style. I have continued on with endurance and speed training. Still intermittentt fasting and I am now 241lbs . Intermittent fasting is now second nature I may never completely come off but I plan on taking a break from it today and tomorrow. The gear protocol currently is I dropped all nandrolone. Running 400 test e a week and 3 iu'pharm ghghthe gh has my joints covered so no nandrolone. I am fastwe and leaner. I was told by a 20 year old kid the other night during basketball I was more in shape the anybody put there. I am going to bench this morning just go test my strength. Muscle mass is still there and because of the lean out I am still gettingto he you look bigger comment. Ok thanks @Millard Baker you have brought me back to at least keep this thread going

This is the road I am going down also. Getting close to 50 and don't want to carry all this mass any longer. Winter didn't help. Hopefully after I move next weekend, I will have some time to put up a log. With working six days a week it won't be too....ummm precise.

Sorry to hear this Volt. I am going through the same thing. We are going to start seeing a counselor in April and go to Al Anon. Both are parents are alcoholics. My wife is a binge drinker. I am not a big drinker at all, thank goodness.

Ok update I am in full train mode. I am now out on the pitch Tue, Thurs, and Sat. All for 1.5-2 hours starting to really shred down. I am losing size but most don't notice or even think I am bigger.

What I have learned hands down for the aging athlete Gh is the answer. I have not ran any nandrolone for 2 months. Let's remember that is what I use to use for the nagging joints. After 4 months of pharm gh @3-4 ius a day my joints seem stronger and no pain. I am faster and overall feel very durable. My cardio stamina is the best possibly that it has been I played winger last night and had no problem covering the ground I needed to cover. I am now running 2 iu's every other day just to maintain joint and aid in recovery.

Recovery is important and It feels that is where the synergy with test comes from. I am still running Test E @ 300-400 mg. ew. Right now I have no problems recovering from the 3x out on the pitch and the 3x in the weight room each week. I am going to drop down and try my trt dose @ 180mg and see if that can keep my recovery going. I have a feeling I am going to cruise the season around 300mg though.

Ok for the aging athlete or the athlete with joint issues such as arthritis and other genrsl pains. I would say a Gh protocol of 3_4 IU'S for at least 4 months then drop to maintenance I dropped to 2 iu's eod. Plus Testosterone I liked 400 in the beginning but as time goes on I hope is to run trt dose. I feel great I can hang with the young guys and the older guys forget about it. I guess that's about it my dirt has been intermittent fasting with about 2500 cslories IFYM routine. I now get to bump since I am hitting full stride with the time on the pitch. I look forward to the lean spring and Summerr but I can't wait for fall bulk cycle now. I am coming for you @mands @brutus79 @johnnyBALLZ and you too @OdieM for now I let you guys hold the crown I saw the thread but right now I have dreams of scoring goals.

How long did you do the 3-4 IU/day before switching to 2IU/day?
