Are we implementing a CIM procedure for fresh west coast salmon? If so I potentially would be interested. Only thing is how does the shipper preserve freshness en route?

Doesn't this seem high and this is the cost before shipping cost which will probably be really high because of the process in which they keep it cold

I will probably just order some yellow fin tuna. It's caught right here off the coast of my area and only 14 bucks a pound.
Maybe O-strong and OGH could sell their fresh venison the way Omaha Steaks sells their meats

Yep we have 3 months in the fall and 3 months in the spring when we are slammed with work. I love it. Busy busy for 6 months and then laid back serious growth gym time and vacation time for 6 months
Not a bad life overall then
