You know when I started this thread last year I thought I was going to be teaching all you younger guys (than me) how to cook , but inturn Ive been taught that there ARE quite talented , creative cooks out there besides myself . I'm going to be trying my hand at making chimichurri for the first time tonight. The Domincan one not Venezuelan. It's like a Domincan hamburger almost. Will post up pics and the recipe when all is done.

I have. Used my wife's digital package scale from her office here at the house. That didn't go so well. So I just do the math from the packaging and divide it out.
