It's not just after deadlifts now It's becoming a habit, well It's after each workout, my pre workout is just a supplement usually than after woulds It's a whey isolatesI hope I don't get flamed for being "captain obvious", but what is your pre-workout meal? I get sick during leg days fairly frequently when I keep rest periods between sets under 3 minutes and I am going heavy. If I eat carb-heavy foods or dairy, I have been known to crack the door in the corner and barf outside, especially if I eat within an hour of lifting. Any other day I can eat anything I want before training, up until 40 minutes beforehand and have no problems. With legs and deadlifts however, for me its no eating within an hour before training, and primarily protein and fat, with less carbs than usual and no dairy. Sorry in advance if this isn't helpful, but it has worked for me so who knows.
Theirs never too much, I stop when I've had enoughYeah, just sounds like your doing too much deadlifting at once. If you really like the deadlift you can train it twice a week and have each be shorter sessions instead of the one ultra long one you've been doing. Deadlifting straight for an hour, lets say you take 3 minute breaks between sets, that comes out to be 20 sets LOL which is way too much for such a taxing exercise. I deadlift twice a week myself and have been for years, it works great for me. I do regular deadlifts on my main deadlift day and then do something like deads from pulling off a 45lbs plate or beltless deads, pretty much a variation that by it's nature forces you to use a bit lighter weight than you would normally.
