Vommiting after deadlift

Me too. Because last weak i was doing legs and this girl was making these moaning sounds it was f@@king me up. I had to rack it and wait. Trust me i love yoga pants. But i keep my head down and count away my rest

Damn, that must be some hardcore training. I used to vomit after heavy sets of DL but I just attributed it to me not being too confident on the amount of weight I was dead lifting. Just thought it was my nerves striking.

No but seriously thats a lot of work your putting in alexgt149
You gotta make sure you are eating enough and like Demondosage say it could also be la tic acid build up

I hope I don't get flamed for being "captain obvious", but what is your pre-workout meal? I get sick during leg days fairly frequently when I keep rest periods between sets under 3 minutes and I am going heavy. If I eat carb-heavy foods or dairy, I have been known to crack the door in the corner and barf outside, especially if I eat within an hour of lifting. Any other day I can eat anything I want before training, up until 40 minutes beforehand and have no problems. With legs and deadlifts however, for me its no eating within an hour before training, and primarily protein and fat, with less carbs than usual and no dairy. Sorry in advance if this isn't helpful, but it has worked for me so who knows.

It's not just after deadlifts now It's becoming a habit, well It's after each workout, my pre workout is just a supplement usually than after woulds It's a whey isolates

It might have something to do with the guy I love, I found out He's likes my friends , not only that I recently swapped gyms to his gym and He's ran away for the second time, He makes me sick

I pulled this off of a WebMD article, I think this might shed some light on your problem:

How Emotions Affect Our Body
Why do our feelings sometimes make us sick?

“Our lives are filled with emotions, from anger to shame, fear to delight,” says Tracy A. Dennis, PhD, associate professor in the department of psychology at Hunter College, the City University of New York.

Each of these emotions causes complex physical responses. When we’re angry, for example, our heart rate increases, adrenaline flows, blood pressure spikes, and we “see red,” Dennis says.

“These physiological and neuroendocrine changes associated with emotion influence all aspects of our body, including the digestive system,” Dennis tells WebMD. “These physical responses can start and stop quite suddenly and be very intense.”

Dennis says it’s the intensity of emotions that can send our body into overdrive, producing immediate gastrointestinal distress -- stomachaches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. (Over the long-run, these same neuroendocrine responses can raise our risks of high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease.)

Yeah, just sounds like your doing too much deadlifting at once. If you really like the deadlift you can train it twice a week and have each be shorter sessions instead of the one ultra long one you've been doing. Deadlifting straight for an hour, lets say you take 3 minute breaks between sets, that comes out to be 20 sets LOL which is way too much for such a taxing exercise. I deadlift twice a week myself and have been for years, it works great for me. I do regular deadlifts on my main deadlift day and then do something like deads from pulling off a 45lbs plate or beltless deads, pretty much a variation that by it's nature forces you to use a bit lighter weight than you would normally.

Theirs never too much, I stop when I've had enough

Overdoing deadlifts begs for form breakdown and what not, advice ^ is good, just perform dl 2x a week in case you are so in love with it, like I know for myself is the case lol...

Your pre-workout might be messing with your stomach a little. Before my body got used to the high caffeine and whatever else they put in there I would puke a few times after heavy lifts.

Try taking less pre workout or nothing at all and see if that helps you out! Sometimes a good meal hour or 2 before hitting the gym is all you really need
