No AC needed here , but there is rain & wind to contend with sometimes. I have to time my workouts so that its steady out , sometimes that dont work so I do a "shower workout" , complete with raingear and safety glasses , lol.

Love this . This gym in the hotel is so god damn hot,I took my shirt off and they told me to put it back on. Apparently I look too good haha. But in serious I wish I workout outside like that OGH

It's Easter time right? I'm a sucker for those Cadbury Mini-eggs, I can eat bags of them. I really good this year and didn't touch any... Until today. Lol oh well life is too short to not enjoy the simple pleasures sometimes.
For me, cutting meals are basically the same. Just a lot less of it!
I find the easiest thing for me is to follow a loose IF schedule. Basically just fill up on a shit ton of water and coffee until about 1pm, and after that basically just eat as normal.
Lmfao, I cracked up picturing that. If only your neighbors could see past that fence when that happens.

No no no no. That was Dinner last night and lunch today and one here and there for snacks. I rarely eat fast food but when I get a craving I gorge on it and then I won't want it again for months.
