Cycle Log - Bulk cycle

Try it! Just start light with them. It's a different feel and you have to have good stability on the bench. It's a different burn in your chest for sure.
Okay so yeah ive seen those done before.Sounds like a good variant that I may try every chest day.I imagine it would work the stabilizer muscles in a different way

It activates your core and (for me atleast) I feel it also isolates my front delts more than normal. It may have to do with the fact that you cannot arch your back while your legs are elevated. Try it out and let me know what you think!

That was it for arms. Biceps were knotting up really bad and I could hardly extend my arm straight by the time I was done. Going to hit Core & Calves tonight, so it should be a great day!!

Threw in some military style presses the other night. Still can't go all that heavy but they make you work for it! I think I may start doing those more often and see if I can't work up to some heavier weight

Taking away that leg drive and back arch really makes it tough. Keep it up bro!!

No DL's today, I've got to do some heavy lifting today at work and I didn't want to over do it. I'll be moving some 800+ lb industrial equipment around and most of it is just pure muscle work. I'll have 1 guy helping me but he doesn't work out and he relies on me to do most of the lifting.

On a side note, my pumps have been crazy lately. I've never really had big pumps in my lats, but today was crazy! It felt like my lats were going to break out of my skin! Good shit for sure :D

Forgot to add that I did calves’ and core last night. I might have time tomorrow to put up the routine but it was killer. I actually have to admit I found it on bodybuilding dot com's site. TBH I couldn't do the whole routine! It called for 4 sets of each exercise and I could only do 3 sets each. My core isn't sore today, but my calves hurt so bad I'm walking funny.

Rear Delt machine
10 reps @ 115 (4 sets) Can't remember if this weight was correct but I just did 4 sets of something close to this weight because of how bad my shoulders were burning.

That was it for this morning. I plan on doing a small arm workout this evening and then taking tomorrow off. Pretty lame when your idea of a good time on Friday night is working out your arms. o_O

Nothing wrong with that just grab a couple steaks on the way home and throw them bitches on the grill!!

This is why your calves are sore, you have to do all the work!! How was the steak?

The steak was great! I picked up some Tri-tip, I can't remember how big but I think it was around 2 -1/2lbs. I used a bloody mary mix concentrate & some E.V.O.O as the marinade and let it soak in that for about 3 hours. Turned out really nice, even the kids liked it :)

The corn was good too and I did some baked potatoes as well w/ some broccoli. It was a really good dinner and the best part was there were enough left overs for me to have it for lunch on Saturday.

So I started training with my BB buddy on Sunday. He really pushes me a lot harder than I'm used to. I puked a little bit after my third set of Leg press. I had felt the puke coming on after the squats, so I wasn't surprised when it actually came up. I was really happy with the squat though, I haven't been confident enough to try 405 in a while so it was nice to have someone behind me pumping me up for it! Was definitely a great leg day!

That was it for back, going to come in tonight and do calves and abs again. My new partner focuses more on BB workouts so I had to convince him to do the DL's. That's why it was a super set because he did not want to do DL's.

Alright guys, I’ve got some sad news. I have been feeling real shitty in the evenings for about a week now, last Sunday I was getting light headed and felt tingling in my fingertips. I called a good friend of mine who is an RN and asked if he could bring his kit over and take a look at me. He checked me out and said I have stage-1 hypertension. My blood pressure was/is around 160/82! He said it is due to the AAS and I needed to stop immediately. Of course being the ornery fucker I am I waited a little to see if it would go down and it has not. I’m holding steady around 150/80, it goes up on injection days and then goes down a little the day after.

So to sum things up I will need to stop my cycle and start PCT. My last pin was Tuesday so I will be starting my Nolva next Tuesday and I started my HCG yesterday. I’m really bummed out about this but I’d rather be alive and run another cycle down the road, instead of pushing it and maybe having a heart attack. My RN friend told me about some meds to use to bring my BP down and I have ordered them. He also gave me a recommended dosage schedule for next time I’m running gear. He said that I have to run a low dose of BP meds while on cycle to help regulate my BP because the Test is raising it so much. I’ll have to do more research to see if this is truly safe, but I trust him and he used to work as an EMT and now he is an RN so he definitely knows more about medicine than I do. He runs gear himself and says he has the same issue except his BP doesn’t go up past 140/80 so he doesn’t use BP meds. So apparently it’s not that uncommon.

That all for now brothers, I honestly was so depressed about this at first I almost gave up on meso, AAS and lifting all together. But this shit is in my blood and I am not a quitter. So I’ll cycle off and get healthy and regroup.

Sorry to hear that MI. Hang in there bro things will work out.

your BP doesn't mean you have to stop your cycle. could be a number of things your doing wrong to get it raised. like your diet. you do what you want it is your body, but I don't think it is from the AAS.

This is true, but it was recommended that until we can determine what the exact issue is, the safest course of action is to stop the AAS and get some BP meds to bring it down if the BP doesn't come down on its own.

But out of curiosity would in my diet would cause a spike in BP? I have never had a BP issue in the past and I actually had a physical from my normal physician 2 months before I began my cycle and my BP was 120/72. So I'm not sure what else could have caused the spike.

Any input is definetly welcome as stopping my cycle is the last thing I want to do!
