What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Protein powder in my suitcase..... and this airport breakfast, 4 hard boiled eggs and a cup of cottage cheese.... gotta keep it as clean as possible cuz where I'm going there is only fried fish and super greasy pizza available at the two restaurants in town..... next couple days are gonna be awful full of liquid for sure...20150512_082839.jpg

Gonna get some lamb today. Ive never cooked it before. Anyone got any good recipes or any tips? Im probably gonna put the lamb, peppers and onions wrapped in foil and put it on the pit

If it is thick cut if HAS TO BE RARE. the more rare it is the less tough, gamey and more tender it is. I cook chops by rolling in cracked peppercorns and frying in olive oil for maybe two minutes max each side. Shanks you can slow boil in wine and garlic. Small pieces just be careful to not overcook.
