What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I just did a hardcore ketosis diet. 1,000 cals 35carbs 170g of protein everyday. first 2 weeks was awefull so tired. no cardio just very light weight lifting. lost 10lbs first 2 weeks. then 4lbs a week after that. strength went way down of course. that's cause of the cals/carb intake. it comes back really fast. didn't lose hardly any muscle 3lbs in 2 months. they have a machine here in town for 20$ u can use. tells you body %fat hydration levels and your muscle weight.

Nice! I just have the whole grain version , same brand. I'll have to look for that kind. Been making huge batches of pasta with 93% lean beef or ground turkey. Nice to come home after a long day and just heat it up when low on time.

Yeah I had something else in mind for some meals I'm gonna prep today, but I'm gonna end of using these. I can't believe that I will be getting 17grams of protein from my noodles alone. Great find

Im pissed , my free 10ml of test-c I was getting tri-monthly has been cut to 2 tiny 1ml vials per month . This is punishment from my doctor for having a 1130ng test sample . He gave me a surprise blood test 3 months ago and I was still coming down from a heavy cycle weeks earlier .
So its 2 ml a month from here on out ....(100mg/wk):(

Im pissed , my free 10ml of test-c I was getting tri-monthly has been cut to 2 tiny 1ml vials per month . This is punishment from my doctor for having a 1130ng test sample . He gave me a surprise blood test 3 months ago and I was still coming down from a heavy cycle weeks earlier .

Well the idea of such low carbs actually came from a friend of mine. He started to do a doctor diet called Ideal Protein. cost like 90$ a week plus 125$ a month for the pills u have to buy from them. that is 500$ A FREAKIN MONTH!!!!. so I decided to watch what he does and look a his results. He lost 85lbs in 5 1/2 months. That is just freakin insane if u ask me. he lost about 10lb in muscle overall. to me it was worth it in my opinion. Muscle memory has put him back to where he was before. took him about 9 weeks to get it back. he tone up super fast. however the rapid weight lose made his skin very lose. he doesn't complain cause he feels so much better.

I however am not going to spend 500$ a month for a diet. I Could just do a good cut cycle and it would be cheaper. I though hey I will do my own spin on it. So basically it was 8oz of Lean beef (97/3% hamburger meat) twice a day. chicken breast or tuna at 8oz is all the same. that is pre cooked of course. Spinach at 4 cups a day total. they make a brand of 0 calorie 0 carb dressing , BBQ sauce,and syrup Walden farms its not so great but u get used to it. Also franks red hot wing sauce in 0 cals 0 carbs. actually the franks red hot buffalo sauce in a bowl with spinach and beef was not to bad at all. Had a nice kick to it. Then u need 2 "filler" meals a day. need to be around 150cals 25g of protein and like 20 carbs or less. I found some Protein bars online that fit it perfect. Breakfast was a protein bar, lunch was meat and spinach, snack was protein bar, dinner was meat and spinach. sometimes I would do a half serving of meat and spinach at end of day. meals spread out about 3 hours apart.

* I also found some low carb low cal protein shakes as well to help increase the protien

I copied the supplements he took as well. one might take more but I just went with it.
Vitamin D 250mg a day
calcium 600mg a day
magnesium 300mg a day
zinc 40mg a day
omega 3 2000 mg a day
potassium 10mg a day ( in morning)
B-12 5000mcg a day the one that dissolve in your mouth
Good multivitamin X2 a day on top of the mentiond above
* I was taking 2 tablespoon of salt a day it was the brand the diet sold I wasn't getting enough through the food. I was at 7 liters of water a day!!!! I pissed every 10 mins turns out cause not much salt in diet.
u should drink minimum of 2 liters water a day.

results
I lost 23 lbs with only 3lbs of muscle lost. 6 weeks on hard core diet and the 2 weeks to progress back to regular food. now im 5 10" 31 years old 170lb 15% body fat. someone who is 6 5 " 260 might want to up the food.

Im not going to lie I wanted to die first 2 weeks. My body was not happy with me at all. once I got passed that I actually felt pretty good. I mean I worked out very little lost very little muscle and lost 23lb in 8 week. I also used Roxy Lean energy pills for first 3 weeks to help with energy. they have a nice kick to them. My hair stood up on my kneck and I could hear my underwear talking to me sometimes.

* This diet does not require cardio or heavy lifting. In fact u shouldn't u will burn to much cals and eat up muscle in a hurry. I just did 3 workouts with 3 sets per muscle just a hair more lifting than a warm up. 1 muscle a week and weekend off. 0 CARDIO WAS DONE FOR DURATION. Fuk I hate running

Ouch!!! Sorry for your loss OGH!! Sounds like you need some freshly brewed tren to show that asshole you don't need high levels of test to make him wish he was ripped like you. Jealousy got a doc haten!! lol

P.S. I know you don't dance with the devil but damn It sure does wonders to a physique.
