Training the wife

Yea dude and its funny because it pisses my wife off. She refuses to go to 24hr for this alone so I had to get a ymca membership for the family. Its funny watching her use her workout towel to cover her cooch all the time. Se gets hella pissed when a girl checks me out :(

Hahaha. It's funny because my wife is the same. If a girl asks me for advice she's like "she's hitting on you on, you better not ever talk to her again!" Too bad for er because I can't be mean to pretty women. Women! lol

Literally just got a new girlfriend who also likes to workout, she's just so fuvking busy and stressed with her RN program she has a hard time sticking to her macros. My goal in the end is to get her really lean and then persuade her to take some Var . She has no idea I'm on gear right now though...

Im really happy with the dedication my wife has made. She complained a lot when we first started. Now she likes to look in the mirror at her muscles when she's lifting Lol. She does kind of bug me when she's constantly on my back about ordering more protein or pre-workout, but it's nice having a 40 year old wife that's hotter then most of the the twenty somethingsomething:Dimage.jpg

What worked for my wife was having her log onto Bodybuilding.com and having her watch the various videos and read the numerous articles on women's training. After that she was hooked and 3 yrs later she is prepping for her first NPC Bikini competion. Just be patient with her.

Have her do what you do of course at a lower weight strength will come a little each month. Me and my wife have been training together over a year now. She is fit and stronger than ever. Not only will it bring you physically and mentally together. But she will truly understand the pain, hard work that you endure. Plus it makes sex off the hook. Get her a subscription to oxygen magazine and strong magazine. Be open to doing some of the girly work outs like kettle ball squats. Lol. Also at some point she will ask you. If I train like you ill get to bulky. Or look like a guy. Let her know that she is a female and she can't look like that with out lot of testosterone. Hope this helps.

Agreed with PI! My wife mirrors my workout (lower weights of course) schedule. She understand there's no BS when we're at the gym! I tell her for 1-2hrs your ass is mine.. no bitching or complaining.. Just do It! If your women can't handle--then it's best to train individually.

I taught her the basics and got her deadlifting and squatting with decent form. Shes doing pretty good and losing weight, cant even tell she had a baby minus a few stretch marks.

Granted I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder - my goals are strength. But I followed Candito Training HQ's 6 week strength program 3 times. It comes with a tracking spreadsheet. Excellent program in my opinion. I'm on something else now, but built a very good base with Candito's program.

I've also been training my wife(at the gym)...turns out its the one place I can actually push her and she just focus's the anger at the plates.....instead of me.
She actually is doing very well and now that her strength has come up she began dead lifting about 3 weeks ago along with more free weights,
...so far so good!

Finally got my wife using the dumbbells. She was super intimidated at first but now shes got the hang of it. She even makes fun of all the dumb shit we see. Today this lady was deadlifting in the squat rack and my wife almost shit a brick.

How in the hell do you accomplish this. If I could ever find a way to shut my wife up... Since wishful thinking doesn't work I have to go it alone

She can complaint all day long (not taking the trash out, why do I keep leaving the shirt and underwear on floor, etc...) and I wouldn't say shiet! IMO, not worth the headache! But 6 days a week, 1-2hr per day.. I don't want to hear it! She understand :)

My wife is due in October and we are already setting plans for her training. @Ozzy619 what do you guys do with the little one while training? That is our biggest hurdle
