Updating this for the guys that have chicks that lift or want to lift.
Wife started out hating the gym, only doing cardio and weak. She just wanted to get skinny. Goals have officially changed! She not wants to have muscle and is following a bodybuilding routine set up by Sara Bomar. She has to go 6 days a week for 2hrs a day. 35Mins cardio 1 1/2hrs weights. She is addicted to the iron boys
Like I said she has her own routine, only time I help is with the primary compounds, which still need work. Heres a few examples of improvements.
Overhead tricep extension cable machine from 35lbs to 80lbs
Bicep curls from 5lbs to 20lbs per arm
Leg extension and leg curl machines 35lbs to 145lbs
Shoulder press from 10lbs to 17.5lbs
Hack squat free weight machine from 50lbs to 180lbs
Aesthetically she is definately recomping. She still has fat but its shedding around her mid section and for the first time can feel her bis and tris. Quads are popping a little as well. I will post before and after pics when she is confident and ready.
Her going to the gym has improved our relationship so much. We finally have a common passion. Our sex life has improved a ton, her libido is a lot higher. We rarely fight and she commented the other day how much loves me. We talk shit about the dumb shit we see in the gym and kick people of equipment. Its fucking awesome.
With that being said, get your woman in the gym. It does wonders.
