What do you guys use if you make your own pre workout?

i don't use pre workouts normally Im motivated enough on my bad days ill have 2 TSP black coffee.

but im interested in giving a go at making my own pre workout soley for intensifying the pump and recovery without stimulants because of bad sleep habits. ( plus im going on tren soon ) Curious what you ingredients/dosages you guys use in your home made pre workouts?
 
I don't think there are any OTC ingredients that will make any difference for recovery.

If it's a pump you are after, I get great additional pumps / fullness from 1,000mg L-Arginine taken half an hour pre workout, you can buy a bottle from the grocery store's health food / vitamin section for pretty cheap.
 
I live in new Zealand so don't have as easy and wide of range as you lucky americans haha, but im just gathering ideas from peope for an ingredient list atm to buy online and test out :)

like everything in this lifestyle. trial and error :)
 
trying to avoid ingredients that have negative effects of insomnia, affecting sleep etc. how did you find using it?
Never used it personally but a friend of mine swears by it. He makes his own preworkout concoction and uses that as the main ingredient. It's suppose to be neuroprotective, it has psychostimulatory properties and it's known to enhance physical performance. It improves memory, recall, concentration, learning capacity, focus, reduction of fear and anxiety, and plenty of other things. Really cool stuff.

True Nutrition has cheaper prices on some of their products. Duck their shipping though, it felt like I was working with an international source. They didn't even ship it til 5 days after my order.

All I'm using pre workout is 5g creatine, 4G AAKG, 1.5g beta alinine, and a 200mg caffeine pill. Definitely notice the extra push in the gym

$11.49usd per lb is $32.67aud per kg. bulk is $28.7 plus that money is paying aussie workers. i'll give them a try just to check out the flavours though.

If you plan on running tren recovery is the LAST thing you should worry about lmao. Tren does An amazing job at recovery from lifting.

To enhance pumps, any nitric oxide/vasodilator product will work. 5mg Cialis is what I use from time to time but I'm not concerned with the pump. I do use pre workout powders from time to time when I really need them but I try not to rely in them

Citrulline malate is the business for lactic acid and extended pumps. I just forget to take it all the time.

Cialis for a pre workout? Seems interesting. Ever have to worry about popping a rager on the treadmill?

Any PD5E inhibitor will work, I prefer cialis bc of it's longer half life. I don't usually take it bc I don't train for the "pump" but when I do I notice the differences.

I wear under armour compression boxer briefs under my shorts so I don't worry about boners at the gym but even without those it's not a problem for me. Treadmill?? No habla español lol. I haven't been on one of those in a long time. I'd rather use my prowler, hill sprints, bike, or sex :)
