What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I weighed that burrito last night and it weighed almost 2 lbs . And a lb of it was probably spanish rice so thats all the carbs/calories I need .
I want LEAN gains ....lol
You're a good dude and will have much success in your bodybuilding journey. Making the right decisions isn't always easy but it goes a long way. Cutting little things out here and there will keep you shredded. Looking good brother. Keep up the good work.
 
I can't believe I just discovered my favorite BBQ place sells breakfast. They use left over meat from the day before for it. I had 2 huge burritos. One was chopped beef and one was smoked chicken. I could of put on some real size if I would of discovered this sooner.

Without the salt? Damn. I'll add some pan fried pork chop and veggies. Mix the salt packet with a very very little bit of water just enough to stick and it's great for bulking
I don't like a lot of salt so yeah I could use just a little bit of the seasoning packet just enough to add a little zip. Nice way to make a poor-man's stir fry :)
