Usually i eat chicken breats and some raw potatoes about an hour before each work out, but recently ive been throwing up at the gym so ive gone lighter ie protein bars, cans of tuna etc.

Its not doing the trick, im starving to the point of weakness during my training. Cant seam to find a happy medium.

What snacks or meals do it for you?

A couple mcdoubles without ch**se from mcdonalds, 5guys, a protein shake with chocolate milk and a couple bananas, a shake with whole milk/oats/fruit/PB/whey, sometimes I'll train fasted if pressed for time,
Fuck doc on the run much? Lol i like that to on thr go. Usually get wendys chicken wraps and jr bacon cheese burgers though

I like this as well, caffeine kick start and some carbs to keep you going.

It takes a hell of a lot of willpower for me to finish a training session on coffee and a granola bar lol. I mean I can do it but it's harder than eating much more. Lately I've been sneaking poptarts into my gym bag for dat dere peRIWokOUt gainZ

Lol thats some funny shit. You have to eat big doing all the crazy lifts you do. If Im going for a new pr Ill definately load up on the night before as well as the morning, I can see a noticeable difference.

Im down with some pop tarts after the gym. Sometimes Ill get some whole grain bread, top it with banana and put nutella on that bitch, heat it in the toaster over and bam, shit is amazing.

I drop weight too quickly when I don't eat like a pig. I'd end up being under the weight limit for my class which is a disadvantage for training. I'm maintaining a steady 205-210 so I could cut to 198 in a day or 2 for when I would do weigh ins. You should see the food I are after my first weigh in. A week before I had been 200lbs and weighed in at 196.8 on a Saturday. By Sunday evening I was 213 lol.

That sounds delicious. I love Nutella. I'll have to try it. I normally use pita bread but love whole wheat toast also. When I go train with my coach we always go to chipotle after. A double meat burrito is a great way to finish a workout haha

Typically I have coffee, protein shake and corn chips. Only time I a eat what is considered crap. I notice for me a fast digesting carb gives me quick burst of energy at the start of a work out and cares over till the end. Sugary shit like a candy bar makes my workouts crash.

When cutting I will have steamed broccoli better than nothing.

I rare ever use pre workout supplements.

I do have pita bread too lol and sometimes it involves nutella as well. Im starting to learn how my body reacts as well, but sounds like you have it dialed in damn good, I guess you have to when you compete. I try and stick at 200lbs but can be a fat 215 or lean 190. Im shooting for a lean 190 but I do like to eat.

Once you get it dialed in you'll be much more relaxed about it IMO. A lean mean 190 isn't bad at all....can you say TREN :D
