Tough to say. I don't gain fat easily now that I have a lot of muscle, but I gain muscle pretty easily. I was 230 when I was 18 and pretty much zero fat, but as soon as I started working behind a desk I gain weight pretty quick. I think I may have an overactive thyroid. I had tren sweats before I ever touched aas- dead of winter wearing a t shirt shit. When I got sober in my mid 30's I shot up to 270 and fat as hell and it wasn't until I started lifting that I could lose the fat- and then I shed 30 lbs quick... all I know is catabolism runs through me and I have to keep the monster at bay if I am training like I should.

As you say better get a check up. That sounds strange to me. To lose 5 lbs in one day due to a calorie shortage is insane. I know were all different but when I hear you eating 7k a day to gain weight it baffles me. Which is why I ask if your naturally ecto as that MAY explain it.

Also weight fluctuations may be throwing your body off badly. We all crave homeostasis and to have violent bodyweight changes like coming off cycle and losing fat gaining weight may be effecting you more than you know? Who knows I'm no doc

Way ahead of you unfortunately. I motherfucking hate going into Healthcare situations of any kind but I just had my first doctor appointment in years. Ordered thyroid panel, lipids, hormones, glucose, sleep study, chest x ray. Yuck.
 
I don't do pics but 1.35 lb Angus strip with 1.5 cups quinoa/wild rice. Glad I am not you Brutus. I think I will start this bulk at 4k cals a day. 500g protein, 200g Carbs, 120g fats. Really only going to do this with 1 shake a day. I should pack it on. Got to get back to this thread a little bit though.
