This morning was legs and a bit of abs. I've seen guys talking about 10 sets of 10. Thought I would try it with hack squats...its a killer.

Quads are already sore, I'm not looking forward to the next couple of days. Took a minute to complete the 10 x 10. I might try it with bench press in a few days. Every time while training legs my lower back hurts. I think its bc I don't drive thru my heels. I couldn't even get my left arm into position to attempt any BB squats, my flexibility has gotten much, much worse. Which is odd considering that 5 days a week I do varies shoulder stretches.
Since I've been using 300mg of NPP per week I thought I would try some letro. Damn I feel beat the fuck up, knees have been hurting, elbow still hurts, libido is way down. Might as well just embrace these boobies until I can get them cut out. The ralox felt like it was working better, I give this letro another week and see what happens. I do feel like I'm dry out a bit.
