This morning was legs and a bit of abs. I've seen guys talking about 10 sets of 10. Thought I would try it with hack squats...its a killer.

Quads are already sore, I'm not looking forward to the next couple of days. Took a minute to complete the 10 x 10. I might try it with bench press in a few days. Every time while training legs my lower back hurts. I think its bc I don't drive thru my heels. I couldn't even get my left arm into position to attempt any BB squats, my flexibility has gotten much, much worse. Which is odd considering that 5 days a week I do varies shoulder stretches.

Since I've been using 300mg of NPP per week I thought I would try some letro. Damn I feel beat the fuck up, knees have been hurting, elbow still hurts, libido is way down. Might as well just embrace these boobies until I can get them cut out. The ralox felt like it was working better, I give this letro another week and see what happens. I do feel like I'm dry out a bit.

I tried the 10 x 10 on a suggestion from OGH. I didnt make it to the end. Great workout. I did it with back though. I dont know if my legs could take it. Id be on bed rest a few days.
 
Sup seven!! That 10x10 sounds like a beast WO but if you can hang with it i bet youll get crazy pumps and crazy pumps have always given me great gains. Rt now im doing the FST-7 and loving it. The pumps are unreal and the next day im sore, which doesnt happen to me to often.
Anyway keep at it bro, i look forward to seeing where this takes you in your progress pics.
 
It sure is nice when you have the whole gym to yourself and it was arm day...double bonus!! I like to either do super sets bi's & tri's or do a couple bicep exercises then a couple tricep and then back to bi's for a few and then back to tri's. This morning I did super sets and kill them.

Favorite treadmill is still broke....fuckers. It has better shocks. These ones are like walking on concrete, the best one is like walking on grass. I left a note in a comment box the last three days. I've got a list of things that need to be taking care of I'm printing out and gotta put in a the comment box everyday until they fix em'. They probably won't give a fuck, but once I start something I won't stop. If anything, maybe it will annoy them.

Great workout. My only problem is with alternating db curls. Turning my wrist at the top has always been a problem, Idk why, probably a flexibility issue. But, I haven't try them in a while, thought it might be different....its not. And my legs are sore.

Empty gyms are the best. Thats why I love sunday mornings.
And good looking workout. One of the reasons I check out your log is because its one of the most detailed ones ive seen. Its going to be hard to live up to that when I start mine. But another reason is your stories, especially the dog walking ones...hint hint. I need more! Lol. Jk. Keep up the great work brother!

Thanks man, I appreciate the feedback means a lot. I've done the FST-7 some, but haven't really made a full commitment to it. Yeah it does give you a insane pump that's for sure. I post pics as soon as I finish this tren...don't expect much.

Although the start of the workout was a bit of a struggle....it turned out ok. Not my best, but I did give it all I had. And my treadmill is still down:mad:...unbelievable, but not really.

Rest day tomorrow. Left elbow is hurting pretty bad, its a pulsing or throbbing type of pain. It really kick in on the last three sets of trap bar deads and has been coming and going since. I won't take anything stronger than Aleve and no more than two a day. I'll start doing some light db work for my forearms at home, hopefully that will work, it has before. And I'll ice that bitch as well.

Besides my elbow and vag and heartburn I feel great. I'm a little sore everywhere, but I'm use to being sore. Mentally I feel good. No headaches recently. Saw another shooting star this morning, those things are awesome.
