If you had used the term bridging instead then we would probably have seen less insanity in your method. Dbol is still not a great aas for bridging purposes. Perhaps anavar may have better results as it won't shut you down as much, is less water retentive so you will keep your gains more and its good for bitches!

If you are losing muscle it is because your glucocorticoid hormones are higher than the androgenic hormones. The glucocorticoid hormones have the exact opposite effect on the muscle by sending an order to release the protein synthesis. By using steroids your body will store more muscle than it releases because the glucocorticoid hormones will be at a disadvantage. Testosterone does not lower the body fat but it can raise it by converting to Estrogen so if your goal is to be as lean as possible you better start using an Anti-Estrogen like aromasin which in my opinion is one of the best from the start. If I have anything to update to this post I will.
If you want to put on muscle or bulk up you want from 3500 to 4700 of calories. 400 is not enough. I also think that's a lot of cardio. When I was reading your post it seemed very complicated. Try and adopt a much more simplified plan and get back to basics. Remember the KISS protocol- Keep it simple stupid (no of fence intended). Find your sweet spot where you balance out a high caloric intake to build muscle but not too much to the point of getting fat and enough cardio to balance things out but not burn muscle too. Also for steroids to work well, most need these macros (calories, protein,carbs, fat, sodium) to have maximum results. Good luck.

The problem I'm afraid of is that you already have low testosterone levels. Do you have any of symptoms? hopefully not. Your body will realize that you have low testosterone and will try to restore that when the Easter has cleared up form your body and you have no synthetic testosterone. The only problem and the cause of the delay in restoration of testosterone is testicular atrophy and because the testicles have not gotten significant LH nor Fsh signals for a long time, they will not work properly at all. That will be corrected by time if you leave it to be but of course you don't want to lose all your gains. This calls for HCG on cycle so your testicles will not shrink in the first place and are getting the LH and FSH signals (hormones really) until the end of the cycle. Around 500 Ius of Hcg weekly until the end of the cycle would work. Some people might say begun only when you feel your testicles shrinking but I suggest beginning even before and at the start of the cycle. Do not forget that if you are using a long easter, a 12 week cycle is longer and that depends on the dosages and the steroids used so you should keep using Hcg. Even if from my old research I original planned 1000 Ius weekly, I have a friend who done bloods with 500 Ius of Hcg weekly and his testosterone levels were back to the same levels before cycle but that may change depending on cycle and the person as well.ok, the issue im trying to figure out with that is , how would that reflect on my abs , all that food with no cardio, is it possible to have flat abs while bulking?
