Just killed it in the gym, worked chest and triceps.... I used the dumbells with the dust on them, That always makes me feel good.
Organic edamame and mung bean fettuccine with ground turkey red sauce packing about 50 grams of protein. Then a classic grilled chicken Caesar salad, I deserve this type.of protein intake after.a brutal chest day.
