New diet.....

After fasted cardio....

Meal 1:
50g shake, 1/2 cup oatmeal (precooked), 1/2 cup berries

Meal 2:
6oz. Steak, 1cup rice (cooked), 1/2 cup veggies

Meal 3:
7oz chicken or turkey 1 cup veggies. Bcaa and glutamine

Meal 4:
7oz chicken or turkey 1 cup veggies.

Meal 5:
7oz chicken or turkey 1 cup veggies. Bcaa and glutamine

Meal 6:
1 cup eggwhites 1 scp whey. (Makes a great pancake)

Note- this is not including pre and post w/o shakes.
 
Ok... have to share this...

Kids... they say some odd stuff.

I'm eating my steak and rice, and my 4 year old daughter looks at it..

"You're eating lots of chicken?"

"No, that's steak hunny. Not chicken."

"Steak? From State Farm?"

"Yes dear.... Steak from State Farm.."

*she takes a small bite*

"Mmmm. He tastes yummy. Why are you eating him?"

*facepalm*

Van - eat your heavy steak meals last in the evening . Beef steak (not HB) takes the longest to digest and should be eaten last according to some BB/nutrition experts . I just started doing this and I see the logic now , better digesting. Just a thought . Throw some salmon in there too , to combat chicken boredom ;)

Surprisingly. ... i never get bored of chicken lol.

I'm eating it based off when I'm told too at the moment... just following directions lol..

When he and I first started training 10 years ago he was just over 150.... now 2 weeks post NPC USA's in Vegas, he is walking around 234... with abs, 5'8"...and ALL NATURAL.

Not sure the method to his madness, but I agreed to follow his directions without question. Lol. Man o my word.

I got plenty of salmon sittin in the fridge as we speak.. likely swapping something for it tomorrow... just waiting for him to tell me which meal lol.

Nice! If you feel like a cheat meal, hit Tommys Burger Stop. BEST Burgers I've ever had... little hole in the wall with a huge reputation.... I prefer the Gunslinger... my wife is partial to the Battered Husband ;)

I know Tommys , we use to eat there when I was working near the airport . Lots of good places to eat in Anchorage . They've really rebuilt that city in the last 10 years...
