New diet.....
After fasted cardio....
Meal 1:
50g shake, 1/2 cup oatmeal (precooked), 1/2 cup berries
Meal 2:
6oz. Steak, 1cup rice (cooked), 1/2 cup veggies
Meal 3:
7oz chicken or turkey 1 cup veggies. Bcaa and glutamine
Meal 4:
7oz chicken or turkey 1 cup veggies.
Meal 5:
7oz chicken or turkey 1 cup veggies. Bcaa and glutamine
Meal 6:
1 cup eggwhites 1 scp whey. (Makes a great pancake)
Note- this is not including pre and post w/o shakes.
