Post up a recipe with pics an process that can be replicated by others. I have quality raws an access to all chems.
It's not the matter of "recipe" - it's simply a matter of:
1) If your powder is dark - it is likely partly decomposed or not as pure as someone is telling you. This is PURE (lab standard grade) TA, 99+% as determined by HPLC - and I wish I could get it in quantity - but alas I am limited in access to sub-gram quantites. Throwing this 100mg down a drain hurt [)]
Simple test? Measure out 100mg, throw it into a test tube and add 1ml of pure DMSO - compare the color to my photo. I'm happy to measure my tubes with a mic for you - so you can have the same optical path length. Why use DMSO? We're just testing and DMSO will dissolve just about anything polar or non-polar.
2) Control your temps - use any solvent(s) you wish - if your temp exceeds 100C, assume you are decomposing your Tren. I say 100C (vs 103C) because in general people are either using analog thermometers or some other indicator that is +/- 2+C. The best procedure is to get your carriers/solvents to precisely 100C before adding the Tren.
3) Everything must be ABSOLUTELY anhydrous. Glassware should be cleaned, rinsed with DI water, and then dried in a 130+C (electric) oven for 5 hours. (Gas ovens PRODUCE water from combustion)
(Vials should be subject to the same process - FWIW - for sterility AND moisture control)
Please understand that I don't mean to offend anyone with lab experience and good technique, but it's so easy to overlook the finer points - and with Tren it is so easy to decompose it while trying to dissolve it. In some ways it reminds me of hydroxylamine base - seemingly the stuff randomly decides to explode violently when heated.
I'm fully happy to labgeek over PM as well

Can you post the independent lab analysis of the TA? Your point 2 & 3 is very basic knowledge. I'm willing to bet I've had my hands on more TA then you from multiple sources thru the last 12 years. Pure tren is NOT light in color. Feel free to pm me the lab source an packing info if this is coming from a US supplier which you claim is pure. I've heard it all an thru the years I've seen "lab reports" come back as false on testing. Recent testing was performed on another board in which the product tested was NOT the product in question. The source actually took the time to address the issue with the supplier.
Because we have varying calibrations and white balances, I'm posting shots with comparisons:
100mg Trenbolone Acetate - on white
100mg Trenbolone Acetate - on a yellow PostIt (same color as yellow notepads)
100mg/ml Trenbolone Acetate - next to pure solvent in front of white background

Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to store tren for an extended period of time?
I would be happy with 2 years. Seems like there should be way to remove most of the oxygen and water and then store and then freeze it. But I'm not a chemist so I don't really know.

Picture tells a thousand wordsThis is the color of clean raw tren. You can obviously tell the color is not a clear or anything. When cooking this imagine if you had to make this clear in appearance. How much oil of any carrier do you realistically think will make this raw clear? In the second pic you have the exact same raw two different carriers but one on left was figured to 125mg/ml TR an right was 75mg/ml TR. These are heated an unfiltered but you DO NOT lose the dark yellow/Amber color. This is why for YEARS we have all grown used to the darker tren that was affective. Keep in mind that Tren is one of the most expensive raws out there so it's not a surprise that a cook or raw supplier would dilute it knowing the average user will stack it with over items an not notice a difference.
