I'll be logging my first experience with clenbuterol in this log here. I've never used clen before so I'm starting very conservative with my doses. Just finished my first cycle a few weeks ago and I'm looking primarily to improve breathing ability and stamina slightly (for my sport) from the clen, with fat burning being a secondary, but still somewhat-important goal.
The current plan is to use 40 mcg/day for 3 weeks, take 3 weeks off, and then do another 3 weeks.
I just took my first dose right before posting this. The clen I got is in liquid, dosed at 200 mcg/ml, and I took 0.2 ml (40 mcg). I used a standard syringe to measure it out (no I didn't inject it lol).
I'll log my lifting on here too. Right now I'm only lifting 2 days per week (full body) since I'm in-season, just doing what I need to do to maintain strength/power/performance. I'm also cruising on 180 mg test c/week.
I'm sure some people are wondering why I'm limiting myself to 40 mcg/day, so the reason is because in my research I read that clen can enhance performance for the endurance athlete at low doses of 20-40 mcg/day, but can start to hinder performance when the dose is increased to amounts that athletes and bodybuilders use to burn fat (60-140+). Since I'm larger than most other endurance athletes (6'2 and 260 lbs), I figured I should stick with the high end of the 20-40 range.
