Hey guys I'm new here so a little about me I used to work out a lot between the ages of 14 and 22 I was a sponsored BMX racer so I was in decent shape but since then I pretty much stopped hitting the gym until my dad died of cancer 2 years ago. Started lifting weights again and doing 5k runs here and there and being that I turn 30 in February I want to be in the best shape of my life for my birthday. I am 29 about 6' 1, 230lbs, 20% is body fat. I've done a short cycle of sustanon and eq about a month ago just to see how I would react to it and lost some fat and gained some muscle hoping this forum will keep me motivated and informed.
