What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Hang with Notits and eat those cheeseburgers everyday with whole milk and ON gold standard or my favorite Syntha-6 . If your broke just drink chocolate milk .
These are things I do to bulk back . Ham &eggs every morning too ...
 
I just ate 3 pork chops apples and basmati rice..then 20 minutes later had to go back for some cereal, my appetite is back with a vengeance. I've still been out of the gym 3 months though. Going to be painful, but I miss the good ol doms mornings.

I wish you well Tube , we talked before about this , I quit my drinking habit in 2007 . Still don't miss the misery. I just miss the cold beer. , lol .

But you get over it and find substitutes for the booze . Same with the cigs/dip
You just find healthier alternatives and same with the drinking buddies. Replace them with muscle heads. . Like us. . Goodluck :D

Haha..nice. those 3 or 4 empty containers next to the pasta were full of blue cheese before i devoured them with my french fries..

My grandma used to tell me I would run around the house naked eating a cube of real dairy butter at 2 or 3 yrs old . No one could take my butter away from me !
