I could not be any prouder....almost cried I was so happy...Our Dog, my Puppy....put up 310 this morning...it went up so smooth he could have put up another ten at least...and aside made me proud on top of that...always am of Rocco...but today....was just awesome!!!!

@Skull posted pics of his wife showing her face and the world did not blow up so D'Baby gave me permission to post her pics. Because we don't do anything illegal we have nothing to hide. I don't know if I am posting them to stroke my own ego or to try to make you guys jealous. All I know is that no matter how much weight I hoist or how big I get, the best feeling I get in the gym, or outside it, is knowing it's me that she wants to hang with. So next time any of you guys are working out, look at your hairy sweaty work out partner and think of this lucky dog.

I have never had any single person in my life be so proud of my and accomplishments and do anything possible to help me meet any goal. I can honestly say the 18 mile race would not have happened without Rocco....he wouldn't let me quit....not for just physical strains but the stress of things had me close to my knees (shut up lol)
He made me get up and run...
Ready for some new goals and lifting plan.....with our Dog. Never thought it'd be so late in life after being so sick so long that I would be doing things I wasn't sure I ever could....pipe dreams

S-Dog, that not even the half of it. Yesterday she was being being coached by a female power lifter in benching. New plan is to compete in PL

Next math problem.....DBaby is going to the doctor tomorrow for hormone levels and pellets. Which means three days of hell restraining below the waist (shut up, lol ) So if the value of X this week is 4 hours....Problem could be DB + 4. But then trouble grows exponencially....now, won't get into all that, will simplify to multiplication.....

* Rocco the Dog does not count as adult supervision and technically is a variable all his own

Not only does Rocco the Dog not count as adult supervision, he counts as negative influence. By throwing him into the equation it would either make the four hours double to eight or make the trouble go from a normal morning to the cops get called for a noise complaintDumsta Baby × 4 hours (*unsupervised) =
