I was thinking 18%-20%. Please remember I am flexing my stomach. If I wasn't flexing a gut would appear. Just to add ab's are probably my worst genetic trait. Even at a very low BF my ab's are very small. I have never actually worked them out specifically until recently, because I have always hated the burning sensation.

I am planning to cut to 10-12% BF before my first ever cycle. So I am guessing I would have to lose atleast 25lbs before I cycle.

you can buy a manual caliber for like 12 bucks it will get you withen a 4% range for sure. fancier electronic ones run around 60-150 bucks but will get you around 2 % range and bod pod is the best google it to see whos local to you and has one.

I really like the manual bodyfat calipers but only care about abdominal skinfolds, its change over time and the direction of the change. The visual pictorial guides to bodyfat percentages assumes a relatively even bodyfat distribution. There a lot of people for which that does not apply.

So you're not using calipers to determine BF%, just changes in abdominal skinfold thickness? I like that idea. It's simple and eliminates a lot of the inaccuracy of bf% measurements.

Tell me about it...all my damn bf is in the abdominal region. If it wasn't for that I'd look like big MB:D

Yes. It simple and the most direct way of measuring what I want to know. I don't really care about BF%. Abdominal skinfolds and the scale tell me everything I need to know.
