I took the plate shrugs from DD. And they work!!! I think people get too carried away with weight. IT'S NOT FUCKING POWERLIFTING :) the key is full contraction. It's very very uncomfortable when done correctly. And I've never accomplished more than 20 in a set and they keep growing

No but he was the one that turned us all on to plate shrugs. I've never even seen or heard of any one doing them b4 DD.

Seriously?? You should get out more. Lol. I've always seen guys doing it. At the house I put a strap through 2 45s. I make 2 sets of them. I grab the straps and shrug them. It's hell on my hands though. I'm fixing to just break down and buy a trap bar

Your shoulders look darn good though...perhaps doing more arm work will do wonders to add size to your arms
 
Volume. It seems to be working. I wanna get over the 19" hump finally:oops:
I love the pump method. Seems to just work for me. The more I pump em up the bigger an puffier they get. I use to always try to go heavy with no luck but now I'll pick up something I can control an blast out 14 16 18 reps set after set. The wight may not look impresive but when I stand in the mirror it tells me a diff story;)

That's where I'm at now. Just pump them baby's up. Nah but it's a mixture of both. Really I have always went heavy during my bulk and went lighter with more reps during my cut. Well that was until I joined Meso a year ago and you fuckers started cheering me on calling me a puss and telling me to lift more.
 
I worked arms tonight...got them nice and pumped 17.5's. Slowly but surely I am adding size to my frame and that's a great feeling for someone my age.


19" would be awesome for me especially being 5'8 ;)

I do the same thing. Keep beating it and beating it. Looks real impressive in the mirror but it just won't grow. Holds a "pump" nice. We're still talking about arms?

Mybe thats what I should do as well bro. The only bad thing is, I'm forever bulking;) Neeeeedddddd Mooorrreeee Siiiiizzzeeeee:D:p:cool:
