I took the plate shrugs from DD. And they work!!! I think people get too carried away with weight. IT'S NOT FUCKING POWERLIFTINGthe key is full contraction. It's very very uncomfortable when done correctly. And I've never accomplished more than 20 in a set and they keep growing
