today was leg day and a ruff one. adjusting to this weather is a b. Muscle dont like cold and my gym has no as or heater.

Thats all I had in me today. my energy is getting low need to get with coach might be time for some adjustments. Im not really wanting to eat but forcing my self to. I feel strong just tired. plus i might need to spread out all my liquid orals of clen ai's androl.'
seem to be getting alot of acid reflux
 
I cant remember if it was a muscle and performance mag or a gaspari nutrition ad/work out routines, and I remember that pic like maybe 3-4 years ago

It's not about the weight bro. Take some off so you can actually get a rep. I am impressed with the weight though. It made my back hurt just watching
 
i can do 5 plates all day. im just having mind fuck with the six plates here lately going to take a break from the heavy squats for a while. i think im thinking to much about it with it being filmed
 
i like to stay around 495 is my comfort zone. I just always like to push my self. my coach says i need to do more high volume vs heavy wait I need to listen. It just my ego in the way. im look what happen to ronnie he had to get a hip replacement. i need to put my self in check
 
Yeah I go lite with my squats to get a full range of motion and then I go super heavy on leg press. My back thanks me for it and doing ass to grass has really added some great development to my legs.

Makes sense as going heavy ATG really puts a lot of pressure on the back while the lighter ATGs are't so bad.
 
I just wish i could see the video[emoji17] in all honesty the most i ever squatted was 430, so im very humbled hearing the weights your able to squat.
 
Man I would kill for your leg strength. 495 is my all time best max. I couldn't imagine pumping reps with it

Hey PI, In my limited experience that acid reflux/heartburn is from the tren. I get the Member's Mark brand Ranitidine from Sam's...cheap as fuck like $10 for 190ct. Couple of those ED knocks it out quick. I would rather be punched in the face than suffer from acid reflux/heartburn...that shit is brutal.
