Intra workout drink

Anyone take in anything like a hydrolized protein? I usually take like a couple scoops of bcaas and mix it with a scoop of vitargo. Also curious of highly branched cyclic dextrin.
 
Over the years, I've noticed absolutely no difference when taking bcaas separately ie in a intra workout drink. For me, it's a waste of money that I would spend on pre workouts and whey. So just water and the occasional Gatorade on the longer grueling days. But that is just me.

One thing I do think they're effective for is if you're doing fasted training during something IF dieting.
 
Bcaa , Gatorade and water. i can't really tell the difference with or without any of them. But I still do it.

Hydrolyzed protein is a waste if money. Just buy regular whey. Also, if you're eating pre and post workout there's really no need for intraworkout protein or anything for that matter as you already have nutrients in your system.

Never thought of adding protein...might be a good idea.
