Goddam I really smoked them heads out. Every week I'm looking more and more like I'm smuggling cannonballs under my shoulders
Arnold press 50x10 , 4 sets
Very slow. Pause at bottom. Prevent injury
Plate shrugs 45x20 , 3 sets
I wonder how my boss will feel about me cutting my shirts. My neck is uncomfortable all damn day. They don't make a 2x shirt with proper neck dimensions. Hear that
