Trukkers Hormone Highway to Hell

Nah no pain and it's GREAT.

Close grip bench
Lying skull crushers
Pressdowns
Reverse pulldowns
Seated behind neck dumbbell extensions

Since I've been hitting them 2x weekly I pull from this selection but each gets hit in a weeks time

A couple little things I've picked up on over the years for push downs is take a few steps back and set your body and don't let it move until your done. Then instead of pushing down slightly push away from your body at a downward angle. You will have to lighten up a bit at first but it makes mine burn way more than getting up close and personal and going straight down.

A lot of times when I do skulls I do pushes to failure as well. Also DB skulls are good especially when you get to the top open your palms away from your body. It will hot that outside peak real good.

Do you ever use the rope for any push downs?

I rarely use the rope. A short straight bar. I take a stance where one foot is back from the other creating stability and I lean over like 30 degrees. And lock my elbows real damn tight. And use my elbows as a fullcrum extending the contraction to the bridge of my nose. I think it feels just right. But it's how I do em

We are all built different and as long as your getting full ROM then stick with it. Just throwing out some alternative ideas. I've learned most of what I do from people watching the past 9ish years.

Like Rob said, Triceps are what makes the arms look big.

Even if you do them without being weighted you will see an instant difference in your arms. Also I like that if I lean forward while doing them they work my chest to

May create some new growth with a different stance, you should try it. Just my 2 worthless pennies.

Ya but you got olympia quality genes. You could do jumping Jacks and make your arms grow. Look at your pops for God sakes. The dude doesn't even workout and he has 20's. That's like me giving calf advice. Or shaq giving advice on how to be tall. It just is. No offense I'm just brash like that:cool: must be the NY thing

My gym has that exact same piece of equip your leaning on Odie!
I like it easy to set up with multiple angles. Not enough weight for tricep pushdowns so i just pin a 45lb plate to the stack. You must have to pin a cpl extra plates.

I wonder how my boss will feel about me cutting my shirts. My neck is uncomfortable all damn day. They don't make a 2x shirt with proper neck dimensions. Hear that @pumpingiron22 ? This pisses me off!!!

Did I mention I love laterals. It makes me giddy when I find a corner of the gym and lateral away. The striations or new muscle or what ever the fuck it is trips me out. It's like...WHOA:eek::D:mad: this SHIT IS ALIVE.

It's Friday fellas that means 3 things
1 it's close to the weekend
2 I may get a chance for 2 a day
3 I go on vacation in a week exactly

FUCK YEA!!!
I'll be meeting up with one of my brothers here on meso on vacation. Can't wait gonna be a blast. We're gonna paint that place redneck. Maybe get a workout in. Idk but I'll bet one thing...were gonna have FUN

I feel you on the shirt situation. XL is the right length on me but to tight on me. Xxl fits me perfect up top but then hangs to low on me and I hate tucking in my shirt
