Westside is the only methodology I have had experienced where I made strength gains AND not injure or strain myself. It is the most effective method that I have had with athletes across multiple sports. I think the beauty of westside is its conjugated approach (speed, accommodating resistance, the reverse hyper, maximal periodization, dynamic work, etc) and gains in GPP. It gives most type of athletes a very good base to specialize with. Plus squatting with chains and bands makes training sessions awesome.
