What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

2 slices of Dave's killer bread, 10 oz. Grilled chicken breast and 6 sunny side up's
 
My wife and I are new to this style of meal prepping. We both just started cycle.

We bought a ton of chicken breast, whole grain rice (not instant), and a lot of brocoli.

My question is, what is y'all's collective opinion on the best, most flavorful way to prepare/season these items?
 
@Str8Shooter try cooking you're rice with a bit of red palm oil. It's full of good healthy fat and gives the rice a nice flavour. As for chicken I'm big on Montreal chicken spice but it does have salt in it o I'm not sure if you're watching your odium or not. As for broccoli I love the taste of broccoli on its own but some melted cheese on it once in a while is pretty bomb
