I see the program but all I see as the excerises is curls, bench, press, chins, squat, deadlift or do they want you to stick with just those lifts?

whatever program you choose it should be a linear progression porgram first then onto madcow or 531.

I gethink what your saying. Just focus on getting my main lifts up and try to do at least one main lift everytime I hit the gym.Work lifts not muscles and muscles grow as your lifts do. Squat/bench/deadlift/OHP these are your staples and need at least one each day your in the gym preferably 2 staples per gym day.
Now before anyone jumps on me saying people have different goals, that's cool but compounds build muscle better and faster so everyone should be doing this.
