Is it ok to eat them raw?
They Are already been cooked when they are rolled. It's a steam process. Yes, you can eat them right out of the bag.Do you mean raw oats?

Yogurt + oats + banana + chocolate milk + ice
Blend until froathy..good stuff.
Been drinking a lot of the fairlife chocolate milk..2%, something like 950 cals and 100gs protein, 100gs carbs per container. Good stuff. Lactose free as well, if you care about that.
do you use 2 cups yogurts 5 cups milke or something? 3 cups yogurts 3 4 cups milk? How do you get 100 g protein lol. I only get 50 at most, that is including peanut butter.
If you do 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 banana, 2 cups choc milk, 1 cup oats = 60 grams protein. I usually do that as a snack or when i get a sweet tooth. Or x 2 =120gs protein. Add or subtract based on consistency or to add more cals.do you use 2 cups yogurts 5 cups milke or something? 3 cups yogurts 3 4 cups milk? How do you get 100 g protein lol. good idea love oats.when I'm dieting just plain oats with fruit is a cheat meal. but I will try this shake but I will add at least egg or 2Highly recommend grinding up some oats in a blender and getting it into a powder consistency. You can also add a banana, egg whites or whey and some peanut butter with some water or milk and you have a worthy meal replacement. I have always disliked weight gain shakes as they really dont sit well with me. This is something I do in the off season as they are easy on the go and I can get it down no problem. Something you can feel good about consuming too!
I've been making these slammin' protein pancakes every morning since I was getting so damn sick of eating plain eggs.
Take 1 whole egg, 1 cup of egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1 tablespoon of almond oil and 1 banana and blend. Add some milk if you need for consistency.
Cook those bitches up and smother them in some sugar free pancake syrup.
I may never eat plain eggs again...
I am going to try this but just out of curiosity do you use pancake mix at all or is protein the only powder you use when making these?
