I struggle to fit in all the callories I have to eat as Im sure many of you can relate to.

Im looking for a carb replacement that is not full of sugar/dextrose etc?

Highly recommend grinding up some oats in a blender and getting it into a powder consistency. You can also add a banana, egg whites or whey and some peanut butter with some water or milk and you have a worthy meal replacement. I have always disliked weight gain shakes as they really dont sit well with me. This is something I do in the off season as they are easy on the go and I can get it down no problem. Something you can feel good about consuming too!

Yogurt + oats + banana + chocolate milk + ice
Blend until froathy..good stuff.

Been drinking a lot of the fairlife chocolate milk..2%, something like 950 cals and 100gs protein, 100gs carbs per container. Good stuff. Lactose free as well, if you care about that.

do you use 2 cups yogurts 5 cups milke or something? 3 cups yogurts 3 4 cups milk? How do you get 100 g protein lol. I only get 50 at most, that is including peanut butter.

Fairlife milk has extra protein. It's awesome but got too expensive for me because it's not sold by the gallon.

If you're having trouble getting your protein in every day you can try - 16oz milk, 2 scoops protein, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 8 oz egg whites and you're up to about 100 grams of protein there already before yogurt comes into play, not a fan of it in my shakes personally. Little bit overkill for me for one shake. I drink a shake with about 75 gr protein first thing in morning and I eat 6-8 eggs about an hour and half or so later.

If you do 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 banana, 2 cups choc milk, 1 cup oats = 60 grams protein. I usually do that as a snack or when i get a sweet tooth. Or x 2 =120gs protein. Add or subtract based on consistency or to add more cals.
Thats in the ballpark of 900cals,
60gs protein, 135gs carbs, and 20gs fat.

use the fairlife..awesome chocolate milk. Its on sale a lot here. usually 2.50 to 3.50 for a half gallon. I buy the skim milk too..easy protein. 500cals and 95gs of protein in the half gallon.
Make sure you add ice in the blender, ill put some peanut butter in there too..

I've been making these slammin' protein pancakes every morning since I was getting so damn sick of eating plain eggs.

Take 1 whole egg, 1 cup of egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1 tablespoon of almond oil and 1 banana and blend. Add some milk if you need for consistency.

Cook those bitches up and smother them in some sugar free pancake syrup.

I may never eat plain eggs again...

Howabout mixing with rice milk?

25g carbs per 250ml straight off the bat.

Add a bananna and carbs are covered.

I am going to try this but just out of curiosity do you use pancake mix at all or is protein the only powder you use when making these?
