Anyway...maybe I could get some help from some of you more experienced users. I'm getting ready to start my second cycle. Test e 500, DECA 300, and anadrol\100mg a day. Any suggestions /comments? I'm also gonna do .5 mg arimidex EOD in cycle and I'm thinking nolvadex for a pct. Would appreciate any feedback. Like I said...I'm fairly new to this.

And I hope you're right . just didn't realize that some people were born doing this shit. I'm hoping to get some help from people with more experience than me. I want to do things right.
Not that we were born doing it, it's the fact that we don't ask for someone to do the homework for us.... and something as easy as what you were asking.

Well I'm 34. Been training a little over a year and a half and just feel like I'm at a standstill with strength/size gains. My first cycle was test p 100 and dbol 50mg a day. Did the test for 6 weeks and dbol the first 4 weeks. Was planning to do the test longer but the prop was just too painful. I'm looking to put on about 20-30 lbs. I know thats a lot and will take time but gotta start somewhere.
 
Test E and deca are a good choice. These longer esters pinned twice a week make for a nice blood level. Might want to start at 50mg on the anadrol. I have heard both ways, use/don't use nolvadex with tren/ deca. Need more input on that.

hcg from reliablerx, you might want some prami while your at it. I think Id spend a couple extra bucks for clomid too. deca is pretty suppressive.

Clomid with nolvadex or by itself? And just to clear things up I'm only gonna do 1/2 cc of DECA every week. I'm using more for joint support than anything.
 
There is a whole section on PCT here which will help you make your decision. Lots of good information but you need to read a little as that's how it works here.

You found the right site now. I will never say any source is gtg but I think your choice was a solid one. As far as your other questions just start checking the site and doing some reading and you will be in good shape.

nolva with clomid.
People react to 19-nors differently. the ancillaries I suggested are fairly cheap and personally I'd rather have em and not need em than need em and not have em.

How long had you been training before your first cycle? You have been training for a year and a half and have stalled? Sure your diet and nutrition is on point? Start there brother or aas won't get you anywhere either.
 
I think test/deca/Anadrol is way too aggressive for a 2nd cycle! You just learned to swim last week and now you're trying to do cannonballs into the river from 50 feet above. Not necessary.

Given your training inexperience (18 months) and your cycling inexperience (2nd cycle, and your first cycle was a 6 weeker) you are insane for wanting to run that many harsh compounds.

I know you don't want to hear this and most likely will not believe it, but I GUARANTEE you that at this point in your journey training and nutrition are more important for you to master than AAS.

And I am not hating on the new guy - just being honest in hopes of helping you.

Now, that said, since you're gonna do AAS anyways, you need to stick with between 450 to 650 mg of testosterone ONLY for 12 weeks for your second cycle. That will be more than enough seeing as you currently have a total of 6 weeks of AAS usage up to this point.

About 15 months before my first cycle. And I've had significant gains and I eat right and get the stuff I need. Just looking to move a little faster I guess.

Thanks I'll keep this in mind. That's why I got on here...for advice. I'll take it all in.

Haha. Big on chicken & rice. Esparagus. Lots of carbs. Lots of protein. Let me know if I'm doing wrong or missing something.
