I think test/deca/Anadrol is way too aggressive for a 2nd cycle! You just learned to swim last week and now you're trying to do cannonballs into the river from 50 feet above. Not necessary.
Given your training inexperience (18 months) and your cycling inexperience (2nd cycle, and your first cycle was a 6 weeker) you are insane for wanting to run that many harsh compounds.
I know you don't want to hear this and most likely will not believe it, but I GUARANTEE you that at this point in your journey training and nutrition are more important for you to master than AAS.
And I am not hating on the new guy - just being honest in hopes of helping you.
Now, that said, since you're gonna do AAS anyways, you need to stick with between 450 to 650 mg of testosterone ONLY for 12 weeks for your second cycle. That will be more than enough seeing as you currently have a total of 6 weeks of AAS usage up to this point.
