Newera.... Blast and cruise log... Hop in.

Okay.... Maybe reconsidering this blast. I hate to run two new compounds at once.. But I am considering this. Thoughts? @Eman @RodgerThat @OdieM @Wunderpus @TANGO.ECHO.KILO @Oregongearhead

500mg test C 10 week leading into next cruise
400mg tren e 10 week
600mg eq 10 week
40mg dbol 4 week

Or

250mg test c same as top
400mg tren e 10 week
40mg dbol 4 week

Or

500mg test c
400mg tren e
Winny

I'm liking the top cycle a lot.

Tren and eq can be a great combo but with the two together you will really need to watch rbc and in in turn blood pressure. Since you haven't run either yet I would honestly just go with the tren to see how you react- I'm sure you will be more than pleased with the results it gives you. There is simply nothing better for recomping. I tend to like to keep the eq for a long bulk.

If you are going to use eq 10 weeks is too short, I would say 15 minimum. The results are very slow but noticeable over a long period of time. It takes a very long time to kick in compared to anything else, but once it does its great.

So you are getting somewhere...you should be realizing your strength will be increasing. Not bad for getting off to a conservative start but you should ramp it up at a sensible pace to GROW!

29lbs seems like a sensible pace to me mw

Thanks for the reply. Great advice. I was leaning towards that thinking too, just so many options ya know?

Guess I'll go with..

500mg test. 400mg tren. 50mg dbol or winny

Why not anavar instead of winny? And dbol doesn't really fit your goals as good I don't think. With var you'll get the hardness that you want at your BF and it'll give you some strength gains as well (I know that's not your primary goal but I'm biased towards it:p) I think a test 500mg tren 350-500mg ew and var 60-80mg Ed would make you a very happy man

How far out from show are you now? Seems like you're getting close to be adding dbol no?

Don't make me go for totals.. I did once... Way back when.. 375 squat 335 bench 425 dead I believe.

Considering var. but why winny ? Eh, shed some bf. Then again, why dbol? Eh, to pack on some slow size in the beginning. I can fluctuate rather quickly. So the dbol strength and size could be good leading into the tren kicking in.

Haha I was thinking it was right around the corner! Dbol it up.
Haha not at all. So yeah, the little bit of extra mass and strength from the dbol I feel will be just fine before the tren kicks hard

Planning to drop to 180!on the tren blast with a perfect diet

PR on incline bench today.. I know it's not much as the bear @RodgerThat would do... But still. 225x3 slow and controlled. After many working sets...

@RodgerThat i tend to compare us because we're the same height and weight roughly - just completely different style training. Fun to compare and contrast!

Also... Cruise started. 8 weeks until BLAST... Looking to reach up to 200lb before the tren!

Congrats and that should motivate you to get to the next level :)

Those are solid lifts my friend! Especially for someone training for the aesthetics look. I've never tried to go for heavy weight on incline but you've made me curious now :p

Count down from 6? I'm confused, we talking a 6 second negative?

No haha I mean instead of counting your reps up like 1 2 3 4 - next time start at 6 and go 5 4 3 2 1.

There is so much of a mental aspect to lifting heavier weight, especially weight you haven't messed with before. The counting trick has really helped me in the last few weeks since I read about it. It's a technique that some NFL trainers teach players to increase their bench combine.

Huh... I like that aspect. Today while working shoulders my set didn't start until I was 10 reps in. So 18 reps was 8 (in theory) -
I will try that Monday when I go for a max of 225 on flat. Shooting for 10. So I'll count backwards. Solid idea. I like it eman

Mahamed Ali style man he never counted how many sit ups he did until he wanted to quit so 1000 sit ups he wants to quit then counts how many he gets past that point and always tried to 1 up it the next day.
