Hey Just a 17 year old kid currently in Grade 11 highschool. Most of you wouldn't recommend me doing a cycle but im doing one anyway. I Have played around with test e before. Goal is to cut for the first 8 weeks get shreeded and then start the lean bulk on the last 4 weeks. I Have been working out for a year and a half so not a beginner but not a expert. Working out 5-6X A week Muscle group splits, and hitting 20Minute cardio daily. As a brown kid i have really shitty Genetics always meaning always been skinny fat even when i was 10 years old and weighed aound 80 pounds. I Guess it was all the shit i was being feed since my family practised vegiterianism so i was getting no protein just insane amount of carbs and fats.
Current Stats
Weight: 160 Pounds @ 17%BF
Goal: 150 Pounds @10%BF
Week 1-12: 500mg/Test e, Armidex 0.25MG-0.50Mg EOD (Still expermienting with Armidex)
PCT: NOLVA
Cutting Diet:
MEAL 1: 2 Packet Oatmeal, 1 cup eggwhites ( 8 egg whites)
MEAL 2: 1 Serving of 5 Minute Instant Brown Rice, 150G Chicken Breast,1TBSP PB
MEAL 3: 1 Serving of 5 Minute Instant Brown Rice, 150G Chicken Breast, 1TBSP PB
MEAL 4: 170G Of broccoli, 150G Chicken Breast
Snacks: 1 Banana, 1 Allmax whey scoop, Sometimes a orange.
Any Criticism Is Accepted and appreciated. I Would love to hear some tips or pointers to help me. I Will post pictures soon nothing to hide hear real and true as it gets. Any help with diet would be great too.
Day1 ( 16.2.2016)(TEST SHOT#1): I Shot up 250mg of test e today. I Was in my room while my mom was sleeping. I Was actually planing to start up my cycle next week but having steroids in ur room and the temptation and i was like fuck it. The shot went really well i shot with 25gx1inch syringe. While i was shooting i was getting the feeling of like power everything was brighter kind of like a placebo effect.
Day2( 17.2.2016): Today i felt my face a little bit puffier probably just a placebo effect. I had to substitute 12 Grain Brown bread( Ezikel bread) for the rice since i as unable to cook it and was short on time and so as my mom. I Had total 2 slices of bread in each meal instead of rice as i converted the carb ratio is around the same.I went to the gym only to know that i had left my shoes at home. I Walk to the gym takes about 10 minutes to go there. In canada its cold as fuck right now. So at home i utilized my 15lb Dumbell, a pull up bar, and body weight excercises to blast my triceps.
