Hey guys. New to Meso, but just like most people, not new to the game. Just wanted to say what's up!
6'0" 225lbs 10-12% body fat

Sure man, no problem.
Eventually I'd like to compete in bodybuilding, but for now I'm just focusing on packing on lean mass, looking and lifting like a beast, and enjoying life.
Training: For my first two years in the gym, I worked with a personal trainer (2 actually) and just did what they told me. The first personal trainer (and first year) had me doing mainly full body functional strength stuff to build a base to be able to work with in the future. I went from 115lbs to 135lbs in the first year. The second personal trainer shifted me more towards resistance training and bodybuilding style type workouts, because I really just wanted to gain size and wasn't focused so much on strength. That goal hasn't changed much although sometimes my ego takes over and I get wrapped up in how much I can lift.
I've been lifting for a total of 6 years now and kinda just been doing my own thing since discontinuing the personal training. However I'm trying out Layne Norton's PHAT and getting great results. I've been using his program for almost 8 weeks.
Cycling: I originally got suckered into prohormone use without knowing what they really were. I don't think I even ran a PCT for the first couple cycles. Gradually learned more and more about what I was putting in my body and started using cycle supports, PCT, and taking proper time off. This all started about 3 years ago. Then, last July, I started my first pinning cycle. I ran deca and test E with a dbol kickstart. Looking back, I wish I'd left the deca out. I'm currently on my second injectable cycle, running tren ace and test E. I started the tren ace at 30mg/day for the first 10 days and then bumped to 50mg/day. Keeping test at 125mg/week this time around and then might try a different ratio next time. Also, I kickstarted with superdrol. Finished that 2 days ago, so I have about 3 weeks left of tren. I have more tren, test prop, and oral winny coming in, might add the winny in at the end of the tren and definitely saving the new tren and test for my next cycle.

Thank you sir! I am active over on AnabolicMinds, and recently decided to see what else was out here on the interwebz. Recently joined ASF and felt like here at MESO was another good place to gain some knowledge.
